Bookings Terms and Conditions
Deposit and Cancellation Policy:  A $200.00 deposit will be taken at the time of booking to confirm your reservation with us, the balance is processed on the day of arrival, unless otherwise arranged and confirmed with our office.

During high season the balance will be due 14 days prior to check in.  Cancellation Policy:  Low Season - if booking is cancelled within 48 hours prior to arrival your $200.00 booking deposit will not be refunded. Mid & High Seasons:  If booking is cancelled within 7 days arrival no refund will apply.  All cancellation must be received in writing.

Please note that our office cannot process eftpos,  accounts must be paid via bank transfer prior to arrival or credit card including master card, visa, or amex.  Cash will only be accepted via prior arrangement.  On checkin all guests will be asked to provide valid photo id and a credit card or a cash deposit as a security bond.

Checking In Procedures
We like to meet and greet all our guests at the Bargara Coastal Accommodation office, located at the Corner of See & Bauer Street, Bargara look for our blue flags and the Bargara Coastal Accommodation sign.  Please drive straight in and we will have your arrival pack waiting.  For arrivals after 5.00pm, Good Friday and Christmas Day you will be booking in via the nightsafe located outside the office at Sandcastles on the Beach - Bargara, 82 Miller Street.

If you can please ensure we have your mobile number prior to your arrival  so we can sms you the late arrival instructions on your arrival day.

Sandcastles Bargara has a strict no party policy in place.  Guests found creating excessive noise and not abiding by this policy will be asked to leave the property with no refund offered.  We also have maximum occupancy per apartment in line with Queensland Fire Regulations.
